Delivery information
Giclée Direct will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery
address supplied by the customer at the point of purchase.
Orders will be despatched within 2 working days subject to availability
unless otherwise stated on the associated product information.
Overseas delivery
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are
levied once the package reaches their country. Customers must
pay any additional charges for customs clearance - Giclée Direct
do not have any control over these charges and in these circumstances
cannot give quotes in advance.
We advise the customer to contact their local customs office
for further information on Customs policies.
Customs forms for International packages usually require the
value and contents to be listed and labelled on the package.
Carriage costs
All Giclée Direct's prints are despatched flat packed, and posted
by recorded delivery.
Customers must sign for their goods as proof of receipt. If goods
fail to arrive or arrive damaged, the customer must inform Giclée
Direct as soon as possible.
Carriage costs for prints: Applies
to all orders up to 10 kgs:
FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.
UK - £6.95 recorded delivery / max 3 prints per package
(flat packed).
Europe - £19.95/ max 3 prints per package (flat packed).
USA - £24.95/ max 3 prints per package (flat packed).
Over 10kgs: POA.
Carriage costs for mounted prints: Applies
to all orders up to 10 kgs:
FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.
UK - £9.95 recorded delivery / per mounted print.
USA & Europe - £24.95 recorded delivery / per mounted
print.
Over 10kgs: POA.
Carriage costs for original artworks and
framed prints: POA
Postage and packaging for originals will be added to the cost
of the artwork and must be paid in full by the customer before
goods are despatched. The customer may pay for the artwork online
but delivery costs will be charged separately once established.
Giclée Direct will contact the client by phone to take payment
for delivery costs.
All original artworks will be sent recorded delivery and be signed
for on receipt.
If goods fail to arrive or arrive damaged, the customer must
inform Giclée Direct immediately.
